Ayamekai Aikido (“Ayamekai” hereafter) is a non-profit aikido circle that operates mainly in Chiba and Tokyo prefectures of Japan. Its website URL is https://ayamekai.club/en (“this site” hereaftrer).

Comments

When visitors leave comments on this site, the data shown in the comments form is collected, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to this site, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to this site can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

When you contact Ayamekai using the contact form of this site (https://ayamekai.club/en/contact/), the following personal data of yours are collected:

Optionally at your discretion, the following personal data of yours may also be collected:

The collected data would not only be used for responding to your contact but also may be used for member recruitment to Ayamekai. If you wish not to be approached for the recruitment, you can request to have your personal data deleted by contacting ayamekai@gmail.com.
